• All the students must attend classes regularly and punctually. Attendance shall be taken for each hour register will be maintained by the Lecturers and they shall take attendance for each hour. Latecomers should not enter the class without the permission of the concerned Lecturer. Each semester shall be taken as a unit for the purpose of calculating attendance.
• The student will be allowed to appear for the University Examination if she has attended not less than 70% of the number of working hours in each semester.
• A candidate who does not satisfy the requirement of attendance shall neither be eligible to take examination of the concerned semester nor is eligible to get admission to the next semester. A candidate who fails to satisfy the requirement of attendance in a semester may repeat THAT SEMESTER when offered in the subsequent year.
• Students should wear a white chudidhar top, black chudidhar bottom, and black dupatta on regular working days.
• Black formal pants and white formal shirts may be worn on Thursdays.
• While attending courts, seminars, and conferences, students must wear a white chudidhar top, white chudidhar pant, and white dupatta.
• Students must wear navy blue blazers with the college emblem on special occasions.
• Sky blue khadi chudidhar should be worn on Mondays, as required by the Karnataka State Law University. Students should also maintain a decent hairstyle.
• On Saturdays, students may wear decent coloured dresses that are modest and appropriate for the college environment.
• Students who do not conform to the dress code may be asked to leave the college for the day.
• All days are working days except second Saturdays, Sundays, and national or state holidays.
• The college day begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by the morning assembly from 8:00 a.m to 8:15 a.m. Classes commence at 8:15 a.m and conclude at 3:30 p.m.
• One mid-semester and one Model Examination will be held in each semester.
• Class work & assignments form a regular part of assessment.
• Participation and performance in Seminars, Conferences, Paper Presentations, Debates, Model Parliament, Moot Court Compitation, Mock Trial, Legal Literacy Programmes, NSS, Youth Red Cross, Sports & Culturals are graded and adds score to the credits.
• In case of sickness or any emergency, a leave letter must be produced on the day the student returns to class.
• In case of Medical casualties resulting in more than 3 days, students to produce a medical certificate.
• All leave letters must be signed by the Parent/Guardian.
• Every student shall undertake internship programme for 20 weeks (for 5 year BBA.LL.B course)
and for 12 weeks (for 3 year LL.B course) as per university requirement.
• The internship programme for each year shall not exceed 4 weeks.
